They have worked as solutions managers, consultants, and presales consultants for companies such as Base39, Mutant, UNEAR, Tata Consultancy Services, Safra, and C6 Bank. They have also been involved in startups, with several members of the team having founded and/or served as CEO or CFO of companies such as Atmosfera, Base39, AUDDAS, Halus Estética, and Neurotech. In terms of education, the team is equally impressive, holding degrees from institutions such as FGV-SP, the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign/EUA, Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Universidade Federal de Goiás, Insper - Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, and Ibmec.
