Iftikhar Taj Mian

Iftikhar Taj Mian, FCA, serves as the CEO of Governance Consulting since October 2014, focusing on aspects such as corporate and family governance, organizational structure, and cultural transformation. Concurrently, Iftikhar holds the position of Director Governance & Strategy at Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co. and has been involved with various boards, including the Punjab Pension Fund and Punjab General Provident Investment Fund as an Independent Director. Iftikhar was also a member of the External Rating Committee at PACRA and has participated in significant committees related to insolvency and governance with the World Bank and Government of Pakistan. Previously, Iftikhar served as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and held leadership positions within the International Federation of Accountants. Educational qualifications include FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and various certifications, including a DTM in Leadership and Communication from Toastmasters International.
