Syed Nizam Shah

He is a Founder Independent Director on the Board of PIBT. He has vast experience in the corporate sector in Pakistan leading to Chief Executive of the largest multinational company operating in Pakistan, Pakistan Tobacco Company, and the largest development finance institution of the Government of Pakistan (NDFC). He has served on the Boards of major multinational companies and Boards of Public Sectors Corporations including Habib Bank Limited and Civil Aviation Authority. He served as the President of Overseas Chamber of Commerce & Industry (1985-88) and on the advisory councils of Ministry of Commerce and Finance and the Privatization Commission. He was also on the Board of PICT, the Hub Power Company Limited and Laraib Energy Limited.
