Yasir Masud

Yasir Masud is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Company Secretary and Head of Legal & Procurement at Pakistan Microfinance Investment Company since June 2020, Yasir also holds the role of Google Community Guide since January 2016. Prior to this, Yasir worked as Company Secretary and General Counsel at HBL Microfinance Bank from June 2017 to June 2020 and as General Counsel/General Manager Legal at LMKR from December 2010 to June 2017, overseeing global legal operations for the multinational company. Yasir’s earlier roles include Senior Partner/Lawyer at Kamal & Masud Law Offices, Consultant/Resident Project Manager at the Pakistan Institute of Human Rights, and Associate Lawyer at Azam Chaudhry Law Associates. Education includes an LL.B (Honours) from the University of Wolverhampton and earlier qualifications from institutions in the UK and Pakistan.
