Hafiz Rehan ul Haq, an MBA graduate with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from ILMA University, possesses extensive experience in procurement and commercial management across various industries. Currently serving as Manager Procurement at Pakistan Refinery Limited since November 2023, Hafiz has previously held significant roles such as Senior Deputy Manager Commercial at Attock Cement Pakistan Limited, where responsibilities included leading international and local procurement with a significant spend of approximately PKR 14 billion. With a career spanning over 15 years, Hafiz has also held positions at notable companies including Cherat Cement Company Limited and Soorty Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., demonstrating expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and management of procurement processes while utilizing systems such as SAP MM and Oracle EBS.

Pakistan Refinery Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company in May 1960 and is quoted on the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges. The Refinery has a capacity of processing 47,000 barrels per day of crude oil into a variety of distilled petroleum products such as Furnace Oil, High Speed Diesel, Kerosene oil, Jet fuel and Motor gasoline etc.
