Saleha Khan possesses extensive engineering expertise with a focus on process and project engineering. Since May 2014, Saleha has been a Senior Engineer Technical at Pakistan Refinery Limited, having previously held roles as Process Engineer and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at PetroChemical Engineering Consultants, where Saleha developed essential diagrams and prepared equipment data sheets. In 2013, Saleha worked as a Technical Assistant at Pakistan Molasses Company Pvt. Ltd., overseeing a project for converting a terminal. Saleha's academic background includes a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from NED University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Karachi, along with specialized studies in Risk Management, Environmental Engineering, and Renewable Energy.

Pakistan Refinery Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company in May 1960 and is quoted on the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges. The Refinery has a capacity of processing 47,000 barrels per day of crude oil into a variety of distilled petroleum products such as Furnace Oil, High Speed Diesel, Kerosene oil, Jet fuel and Motor gasoline etc.
