Moin Balkhi

Moin Balkhi has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Pakistan State Oil (PSO) since July 2003. In this role, Moin has led the deployment of an SAP ERP system, enhancing management's access to real-time information for informed decision-making. Moin's previous roles include Deputy General Manager and Head of IT at Pakistan State Oil Company Ltd, Deputy General Manager at National Development Leasing Corporation, and Systems Manager at Agfa Gevaert Pakistan Pvt Limited, where responsibilities included managing ERP systems both locally and in Dubai. Moin holds an MBA in International Business from the Institute of Business Administration and has a solid educational background from various institutions.
