Saif Ali Khan

Saif Ali Khan is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Director Law at the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority since August 2022, Saif has also been an Advocate at the Peshawar High Court since April 2020. Previous positions include Assistant Director Legal at NEPRA from May 2021 to August 2022 and Legal Advisor at Advance Business Components from September 2018 to August 2022, where legal assistance, analysis, and document creation were fundamental responsibilities. Saif's legal expertise further includes roles as Legal Advisor at Tech Ascend, Inc. and Corporate Legal Counsel at Royal Residencia Centaurus, also involving corporate governance and client advisory. Earlier experience encompasses advocacy at District & Session Courts and legal consultancy roles with various firms. Saif holds a Master of Laws in International Business Corporate and Finance Law from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Peshawar.
