Muhammad Umair Ghani

Muhammad Umair Ghani currently serves as an Executive Customer Operations at PTCL since September 2025 and as Co-Founder & C.E.O of Graphic Cell since January 2022, focusing on SEO, web development, and social media marketing. As Director of Operations at AGS Plastics since January 2018, Muhammad has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Previous roles include various positions at Optix Fiber, where responsibilities included managing GPON services and coordinating client support. Muhammad's early career included an internship in network maintenance at the Prime Minister Youth Internship Programme and a NOC Coordinator role at Protection 1 Security Solutions, where experience was gained in network monitoring and troubleshooting. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Systems from Bahauddin Zakariya University, completed in 2016.
