Arslan Wattoo currently serves as an Administration Assistant at the Youth Forum for Kashmir since August 2022 and contributes as a Co Producer and Research Assistant at Pakistan Television Corporation Limited from April 2022. In addition, Arslan works as a Research Assistant at the National Assembly of Pakistan since June 2019 and previously held an internship there. Educationally, Arslan completed a Bachelor of Science in International Relations at National Defence University, Islamabad from 2018 to 2022, which coincided with a tenure as a student at the same institution from February 2018 to April 2022.

Pakistan Television Corporation is the biggest media organization of Pakistan. It is an autonomous public sector organization. The main responsibility of PTV is to provide public service broadcasting not only within Pakistan but also outside Pakistan. It makes programmes for all its viewers in drama, documentaries current affairs, entertainment and sport. Its programmes are produced in Urdu as well as in all regional languages i.e Sindhi, Punjabi, Pashto and Balochi.
