Arja Kastarinen

Arja Kastarinen's work experience includes serving as the CEO of Pakkasmarja Oy since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the CEO of Real Snacks Oy from April 2015 to June 2022. Arja also held the position of Country Director USA at Orkla International from October 2014 to April 2015. In addition, they worked as the Export Director at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Finland Ab from August 2013 to April 2015. Before that, they served in various roles at Oy Panda Ab, including Export Director from November 2007 to August 2013, Financial Director/CFO from June 2005 to October 2007, and Business Controller from February 1999 to June 2005.

Arja Kastarinen's education history begins in 1984 when they enrolled at the University of Jyväskylä. Arja completed their studies in 1990, majoring in Business/Accounting. After a significant gap, Arja returned to the University of Jyväskylä in 2012 to pursue a higher degree. Arja completed their MSc in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in International Business and Entrepreneurship, at the University's School of Business and Economics (JSBE) in 2014.
