Paavo Korhonen

Paavo Korhonen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Paavo is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Pakkasmarja Oy since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Development Manager for production and digitalization at the same company from April 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Pakkasmarja Oy, Paavo worked at DoX Systems starting from June 2017. Paavo held the position of Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for the implementation and support of the LinkOne system for Finnish manufacturing companies. Their role also involved customer training and support. Prior to that, from June 2015 to June 2017, they worked as a Solution Consultant at Fenten, a subsidiary of DoX Systems. In this role, they managed the maintenance and development of the LinkOne spare parts portal and provided technical support to the sales team. Paavo also worked on integrating customer systems and developing the spare parts portal's online store.

Before their tenure at DoX Systems, Paavo founded LeadTime Solutions Oy in 2010 after graduating from Tampere University of Technology. Paavo served as the CEO and played a pivotal role as the product manager for LeadTime Manager, an industry-specific software solution for manufacturing process improvement. Paavo led the company until May 2017.

Paavo Korhonen obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial engineering and management with a specialization in Web Programming from Tampere University of Technology. Paavo attended the university from 2003 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals from Microsoft in October 2021, PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals from Sulava Oy in January 2021, and DA-100: Analyzing data with Power BI from Sulava Oy in November 2020.
