Archana Soin

Archana Soin has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Archana is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Paktolus since June 2022. Prior to this, Archana founded Sinerrgia Consulting in 2020, where they served as the Founder & Virtual CHRO. Archana provided end-to-end HR support and specialized in HR framework restructuring, compensation and benefits programs, employee satisfaction surveys, and performance management systems. From 2019 to the present, Archana worked as an Executive and Career Coach, focusing on coaching corporate professionals with 12-24 years of experience.

Before transitioning to coaching, Archana held leadership positions in companies such as Beam Suntory as the Human Resources Director for India & Indian Sub Continent from 2017 to 2018. Archana also took a break from their HR career in 2016 to travel and explore different countries in Latin America, Central America, North America, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

Archana's earlier experience includes roles such as Sr. Director & Head HR at Delta India from 2011 to 2016, Vice President-HR at India Today from 2008 to 2011, DGM-Corporate HR at Xerox India from 2005 to 2008, Deputy Manager HR at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer HealthCare from 2004 to 2005, and Asst Manager HR at HT Media Ltd (Rajasthan Branch) from 2000 to 2004.

Archana Soin completed their Master's Degree in Commerce from Panjab University from 1988 to 1990. Archana then pursued a LL.B degree in Laws from Panjab University from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they obtained their MBA-HR degree in Human Resources from Panjab University from 1992 to 1994.
