Olusegun Obende is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pension industry. Currently serving as the Regional Manager in Lagos and Head of Micro Pensions at PAL Pensions since January 2015, Olusegun is tasked with driving overall business growth in the region. Prior to this role, Olusegun held various managerial positions at Pensions Alliance Limited, including Acting Regional Manager for the Northern region and Divisional Manager for Sales & Marketing. Olusegun's career began at Sigma Vaughn Sterling Pensions Limited as Supervisor Marketing, where leadership of marketing teams in Lagos was a key responsibility. Olusegun holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance from Ambrose Alli University and several management certificates from Lagos Business School and Metropolitan School of Business & Management.

PAL Pensions (PAL) was incorporated on April 14, 2005 to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004. Pensions Alliance is a joint venture between FSDH Merchant Bank and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited.
