Saadu Jijji is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services and pension industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (Ag) at PAL Pensions, Saadu Jijji oversees a team of 300 employees and manages over N600 billion ($1.5 billion) in pension assets for more than 600,000 Retirement Savings Account holders. Previous leadership roles include Managing Director and CEO at Alexander Forbes Consulting Actuaries Nigeria and Chief Investment Officer at Premium Pension Limited. Saadu Jijji also founded Sangrom Nigeria Limited, focused on investment management in commodities and private equity. A graduate of Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford with an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Finance, Saadu Jijji began a professional career in banking and telecommunications, contributing significantly to customer intelligence and network rollout for companies such as MTN and Citi.

Pensions Alliance is a joint venture between FSDH Merchant Bank and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited.
