Sulaiman Kailani currently serves as the Regional Manager at PAL Pensions since June 2021, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding the company's client base in the northeast region. Prior to this role, Sulaiman worked at Premium Pension Ltd from April 2013 to June 2021 as the Team Lead for Customer Service, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and managing queues and agents. From February 2011 to April 2013, Sulaiman was involved in customer service at AIRTEL, handling customer issues and general inquiries. Earlier experience includes a position as Head of Marketing at IMAD Group from February 2010 to February 2011, where responsibilities included sales and report collation. Sulaiman holds a Bachelor of Technology in Geography and Remote Sensing from the Federal University of Technology Minna, obtained between 2001 and 2007.
