Daniel Davies

Daniel Davies has a strong background in asset management, with experience in both investor and occupier markets. Daniel started their career as a Surveyor at Nelson Bakewell in 2000 and then joined Telereal Trillium in 2005 as an Associate Director - Asset Management. At Telereal Trillium, they showcased their expertise in various areas such as investment acquisitions, lease renewals, rent reviews, and project management. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Director at CBRE before joining Palace Capital plc in 2018. At Palace Capital plc, they held the positions of Senior Asset Manager and is currently serving as the Head of Asset Management.

Daniel Davies completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography at Queen Mary University of London from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Property Law and Valuation from Cass Business School, which they completed by 2000.
