Joe has experience working in various industries, including construction, environmental, and community corrections. Joe has a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Adams State University and has held key roles such as Estimator/Project Manager, Logistics Coordinator/Consultant, Managing Member, Project Director, and President/Owner in different companies since 1995.
