We are a Hong Kong based, tech-driven wellness platform offering purpose-built wellness studios that add value to commercial real estate, while connecting wellness professionals and clients. 

Located across three prime commercial buildings in Core Central, we currently operate six purpose-built micro-studios on our Platform. Each studio is meticulously designed at 600 sq. ft. to provide an elevated wellness experience to both trainers and their clients. All our studios are fully equipped and tech-enabled, catering specifically to personal trainers, pilates instructors, yoga instructors,  and physiotherapists who demand a premium and private setting for their clients.

Our proprietary app-enabled platform, allows pure play freelance wellness practitioners secure bookings for their clients, facilitate payment and provide access rights for a 1-on-1 training or for a private group session of up to 3 clients.
