Megan Kaup

Megan Kaup currently serves as the Director of Business Development for the Texas Region at Palacios Marine & Industrial Coatings since October 2022, having previously held the position of Business Development Manager. Megan Kaup is also a Career Signing Day Committee Member for the Brazoria County Petrochemical Council, contributing to initiatives that connect high school CTE students with industry opportunities. As a small business owner of The Knotted Cactus since August 2020, Megan Kaup has further demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Manager at Apache Industrial Services and Sales & Operational Support at South Point Equipment and Rental Services. From April 2015 to April 2020, Megan Kaup worked at DEHUMIDIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES as a Project Coordinating Manager, where responsibilities included problem resolution and supporting continuous improvement. Early career experience includes self-employment as a personal trainer and customer service roles at 24Hr Safety. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Deer Park High School and an Associate of Arts degree from San Jacinto College.
