Palacios Marine & Industrial (PMI) was incorporated in 2003 and is a privately held company. We are a certified MBE – Minority Owned Business. PMI is a full service General Mechanical Contractor. Our shop fabrication services include pipe, steel, skids, ASME pressure vessels and indoor blasting and painting capabilities. Our field services include turnarounds, shutdowns, maintenance, construction, structural steel installation, piping system installation, equipment setting, heat exchanger retubes, hydro-blasting, scaffolding, insulation, blasting, painting, tank linings, janitorial services, engineering and terminal operations.
