Olzhas Zhiyenkulov

Olzhas Zhiyenkulov is the current CEO of Paladigm Capital. Prior to this, they served as the President of the Kazakhstan Asia Pacific Trade and Investment Chamber (KAPTIC) from December 2016 to December 2020. Olzhas has also worked as an Advisor to the CEO of London-Almaty Insurance Company JSC from December 2013 to March 2015, where they were responsible for advising on key strategic decisions and formation of the company’s strategy, advising on the company’s treasury and asset management functions, and value-stream mapping. From January 2013 to December 2016, they worked as an EAM at Credit Suisse. Olzhas Zhiyenkulov started their career as Managing Director at Unicorn IFC JSC in September 2007, where they worked until April 2013.

Olzhas Zhiyenkulov has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Cass Business School, a High School diploma in A-Levels from Bellerbys College in Oxford, UK, and certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in MIT Fintech: Future Commerce online course, and ACAMS in CAMS.
