Kevin Phillips

Kevin Phillips is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Paladin Capital Group since June 2023, Kevin Phillips has also held multiple positions at ManTech since August 2005, including Chairperson of the Board, President, and CEO. Previously, as President & Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at ManTech International from September 2020 to October 2022, Kevin Phillips contributed to the company's strategic direction. Prior to ManTech, Kevin Phillips was the Chief Financial Officer at CTX from 1995 to 2002. Kevin Phillips holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from William & Mary.
