Victor Sturm

Victor Sturm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of IT and tech support. Victor started their career as a National Depot Technician for Litton Sweda, where they repaired Omron Point of Sale equipment. Victor then worked as a National Depot Technician for AEG Olympia before joining TEKsystems as a Field Consultant. In this role, they worked on multiple projects, including Y2K project and various Ethernet upgrade projects. From there, they joined Greyhound Lines, Inc. as an Inventory/Asset Management Supervisor, where they implemented programs to save costs and maximize equipment serviceability. Currently, they are working at Paladin Consulting, Inc., where they initially served as a Freelance IT Consultant before being promoted to Manager of Infrastructure and Technology and then Director of IT. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing vendor relations, technology upgrades, and aligning technology with management goals.

Victor Sturm has a diverse education history. Victor attended Eastfield College from 1983 to 1994, focusing on Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. After that, from 2002 to 2008, they attended Dallas College, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Software Programmer/Web Developer. In 2009, they completed Microsoft Certification Training for BI Bootcamp SQL Server 2005. Victor furthered their education at DeVry University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a specialization in Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Victor Sturm has also obtained several certifications. In 2002, they completed the "Total Time Management: How to Better Organize Your Life" course offered by Padgett-Thompson. Later in the same year, they obtained a certification in "Basic Supervision" from the same institution. In 2013, they joined the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society, which recognizes academic achievement in business, management, and administration.
