Mark Forward

Mark Forward began their career in 1987 at McDonald's Corporation as a Restaurant Swing Manager until 1991. Mark then transitioned to Sport Mart, where they worked as an Assistant Store Manager from 1990 to 1992. Following that, they joined Concord Security Corporation in 1992 and held various roles, including Security Supervisor, Payroll Administrator, Human Resources Manager, Manager of Finance, Director of Finance & General Manager, and ultimately Vice President & General Manager until 2017. Since 2017, Mark has been serving as the Vice President, Operations at Paladin Security Group Ltd, overseeing operational teams in the BC region and focusing on maintaining the company's position as an industry leader in Canada.

Mark Forward completed a University Transfer Program at Douglas College from 1994 to 1996, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University from 1996 to 1999. Mark then pursued a CGA (now CPA) designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 1999 to 2001. In 2015 to 2018, Mark earned a Certificate in Professional Project Management from UBC Sauder School of Business. Most recently, in 2022 to 2023, they focused on Adult and Continuing Education Administration at Coursera.
