Ryan Lenihan

Ryan Lenihan is an experienced operations and sales leader with a strong background in service management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Paladin Technologies since September 2024, Ryan previously held positions such as Sales Manager at Climatec, LLC and Area Sales Director at Siemens. With extensive experience at RF Technologies, including roles as Sr. Director of Service and Support and Western Regional Service Manager, Ryan demonstrated expertise in developing service teams and managing P&L. Additional experience includes service management at Witt Company, Allied Fire & Security, and Sonitrol Pacific. Ryan holds a BA from Western Washington University.
