Michel Lahaie has extensive experience in hospitality and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Chef d'équipe des services d'accueil at Palais des congrès de Montréal since September 2004, Michel is responsible for optimizing the reception structure and supervising the welcome services team. Prior to this role, Michel worked as a Spécialiste administratif at Volkswagen Financial Services from May 1998 to May 2004, where responsibilities included verifying accounting reports and managing client payment files. Earlier career experience includes a position as an Analyste de crédit at Ultramar. Michel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from the Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as a DEC in Administration from Collège de Rosemont. Educational background also includes a Général diploma from École secondaire Taillon.
