Chelsea Hazewinkel

Chelsea Hazewinkel is the Chief Legal Officer at PalAmerican. She joined in June 2021 from PCL Construction, where she spent eight years, most recently serving as Legal Counsel for Canadian Industrial Operations.

Chelsea earned her B.Com and LLB from the University of Alberta.
