Gabrielle Eaton's work experience begins in 2014 when they worked at Walmart. Gabrielle started as a Zone Manager, where they oversaw various operations, set sales targets, developed strategies to increase profit, managed customer service, and reported to senior management. Gabrielle was then promoted to Assistant Manager, where they coordinated with store managers and colleagues to delegate tasks, managed operational and financial reporting, recruited and trained new staff, and ensured optimum productivity. Later, they worked as a Produce/Meat Sales Associate, responsible for stocking, rotating, and displaying produce and assisting customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Before that, they briefly worked as an OTC Department Manager. In 2022, Gabrielle joined PalAmerican Security as a People and Culture Generalist, managing HR-related tasks for 150+ employees, including recruiting, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies.

Gabrielle Eaton completed their education in a chronological order. In 2005, they attended Pensacola State College and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, although their field of study is unspecified. Gabrielle later pursued a more specialized degree, and from 2010 to 2012, they attended Pensacola State College once again, this time earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Radiography. Gabrielle'smost recent educational achievement was at the University of West Florida, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, Gabrielle obtained the Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in June 2021.
