Michael Lantz

Michael Lantz is a seasoned risk mitigation professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate intelligence, investigations, and crisis management. They began their career as a Deputy Sheriff at BC Sheriff Service before moving on to managerial roles at Paladin Security Group Ltd, where they oversaw investigations and executive protection in Canada and internationally. Currently, Lantz serves as the Director of Investigation Services at PalAmerican Security and as Vice President at Paladin Risk Solutions Inc., where they specialize in risk consulting and corporate security. They hold a degree from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
