Amy Hammond, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a focus on benefits and total rewards. Currently serving as a Global Benefits Specialist at Palantir Technologies since August 2025, Amy previously held the position of Total Rewards Specialist at North Highland from March 2023 to August 2025.
