Jaclyn Winitsky

Jaclyn Winitsky is a Deployment Strategist at Palantir Technologies since December 2024, with prior experience as a Data Scientist at AlayaCare and in various roles related to artificial intelligence and biomedical engineering. At AlayaCare, Jaclyn implemented production-scale data processing pipelines, managed model lifecycle with MLFlow, and developed machine learning algorithms for assessing patient hospitalization risk. Jaclyn has held leadership positions, including President of the McMaster Artificial Intelligence Society, where initiatives to promote AI were organized. Academic roles included serving as a Teaching Assistant at McMaster University and experience as a research assistant across multiple institutions, focusing on areas such as chronic pain prediction and cellulose nanocrystal behavior. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University.
