Larisa Deaconescu is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in building and leading recruitment teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Deployment Strategist for Global Commercial Staffing & Resourcing at Palantir Technologies since September 2018, Larisa has successfully led International Commercial Sales hiring and built sales organizations in EMEA and Brazil from the ground up.
