Thanos Kontonasios

Thanos Kontonasios has over a decade of experience in the cybersecurity and technology sectors, presently serving as a Senior Security Consultant at Palantir Technologies since May 2019. Prior to this role, Thanos held various positions including Cyber Security Manager and TSA Assistant Manager at a Financial Services Company from November 2012 to April 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Technology Manager for a Major Sports Event in 2012 and as Venue Technology Manager and Games Systems Director for another Major Sports Event from 2008 to 2012. Early career experience includes a tenure as Assistant Support Engineer in the telecommunications industry from September 2003 to September 2004. Thanos holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Network Technology, both from Northumbria University.
