Xin Li

Xin Li is an accomplished engineering lead specializing in machine learning, currently serving at Palantir Technologies since August 2022. Prior to this role, Xin held positions as tech lead manager and staff software engineer in machine learning at X, the moonshot factory, from July 2021 to August 2022. Xin's experience also includes a senior research lead role focused on computer vision and deep learning at Microsoft from January 2020 to July 2021, along with positions as a computer vision/deep learning engineer and synthetic aperture radar architect at Orbital Insight, Inc. from February 2017 to January 2020. Xin's academic background encompasses a Ph.D. and a master's degree from UC Irvine, where research was conducted under Professor Eric Rignot, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Nanjing University.
