Karla Nora

Karla Nora is a finance and payroll associate at Palatine Public Library District since July 2019, bringing extensive experience in various roles. Previously, Karla owned AED Life Source, Inc., a distributor of automated external defibrillator batteries and pads from August 2013 to November 2021. As an account relations manager at Innobaby from January 2011 to July 2019, Karla managed relationships with over 800 baby, gift, and toy retailers across the United States and facilitated sales at trade shows and through various communication channels. Earlier in Karla's career, from June 1990 to August 2003, Karla served as a public service administrator at the Aging Illinois Department, supervising the Community Care Program and conducting quality improvement reviews. Karla holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from Western Illinois University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
