Colleen O'Connell-Palmer

Colleen O'Connell-Palmer is an experienced recreation professional, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Recreation at Palatine Park District since June 2019. Previously, Colleen held the position of Superintendent of Recreation at Hoffman Estates Park District from December 2016 to May 2019, and at Romeoville Recreation Department from August 2007 to December 2016. Colleen began a career in recreation as a Recreation Supervisor at Tinley Park-Park District, where employment lasted from 1999 to 2007. Colleen O'Connell-Palmer obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from Governor's State University between 2010 and 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1995 to 1999.
