Inesa Negollari has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the food and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager & Business Development for the Food Division at Palazzo di Varignana since December 2022, Inesa previously held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager at Podere Riosto Cantina e Agriturismo from February 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Sales & Incoming Manager at Società Agricola Salcheto S.R.L. from January 2010 to December 2018 and as Senior Store Manager at Azienda Agricola Ercolani from January 2001 to December 2008. Inesa holds an Executive Master in Sales & Marketing from Bologna Business School (2021-2022) and a Laurea in Business Administration with a focus on management from Università degli Studi di Tirana (1997-2000).

Palazzo di Varignana rises in the elegant setting of the Bolognese hills, immersed in the sweet Emilian landscape. The heart of the project is Palazzo Bentivoglio, an ancient villa dating back to 1705 and renovated respecting the charm of its history.
