Eapen Mathew

Eapen Mathew is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as the Director of Information Technology & AV at Palazzo Versace Dubai since July 2022. Prior to this role, Eapen held various positions at GHM (General Hotel Management Ltd) from April 2018 to July 2022, including IT Manager at the 5-star luxury property The Chedi Sharjah since its pre-opening. Eapen's extensive experience in the hospitality industry also includes a 13-year tenure at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, where roles ranged from Information Technology Officer to Assistant Director of IT. Eapen holds a degree in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Hindustan Engineering Academy in Bangalore, India, and has completed earlier educational qualifications at Marthoma College and M T Seminary High School in Kerala, India.
