Thomas Bishop has a wealth of experience in the business and manufacturing industries. Thomas began their career in 2002 as a Sales Tech Rep for K2 Snowboarding/Uniti, LLC. In 2003, they moved to Burton Snowboards as a Sales Associate. In 2004, they were promoted to Development Manager - Bindings, where they were responsible for aspects of business, product, sourcing, and organizational development for interests in China. In 2009, they joined Skullcandy as the Director of Asian Operations. In 2012, they were promoted to VP of Product and Manufacturing, responsible for Industrial Design, Product Development, Mechanical, Acoustical, Electrical Engineering, Proto and Model Shop, Strategic Sourcing, Product Integrity and Global Quality, and their Shenzhen Manufacturing office. In 2015, they joined Owlet Baby Care as the Vice President of Operations, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2017, they became an Advisor at Trova. In 2019, they joined Metaline USA as the EVP of Business Development / Managing Director, and also founded Pale Blue Earth. In 2020, they became an Advisor at BRINGiT.

Thomas Bishop began their education in 1991 when they graduated from Marcellus High School with a High School Diploma. Thomas then attended Middlebury College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelors degree in Physics, Geology, and English. In 1997, they completed a semester abroad at the University of Otago, studying Physics and Geology. Bishop then attended the University of Rochester from 1999 to 2001, earning an MS in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Precision Optics Manufacturing. Finally, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the Taipei Language Institute, earning a Practical Mandarin Language Certificate in Mandarin Chinese.
