Fernando Bernasconi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Fernando began their career at Cubika Consulting, where they served as the Art and Media Director and Co-Founder. Following this, they worked at Jordan Winery as an IT Project Manager and Business System Analyst Consultant. Bernasconi then moved on to Rossi Antiques, where they held various roles, including General Manager and Supply Chain Project Manager. At WAGES | Women’s Action to Gain Economic Security, they served as the Business Program Director and Project Manager. Fernando later joined The Sage Group (Bay Area) as the Head of Business Operations and then as the Business Development and Recruiter Manager. Bernasconi then worked at Northwood Design Partners as the Vice President of Operations and Finance. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Palecek. Overall, Bernasconi has showcased their leadership skills and expertise in operations, finance, business development, and project management throughout their career.

Fernando Bernasconi holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of San Francisco School of Management, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Universidad de Palermo. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Computer Science as a Computer Systems Analyst at the University of Buenos Aires. Fernando Bernasconi has also obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC in March 2019, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from San Francisco State University, and a Judo Black Belt (MJF) from the Metropolitan Judo Federation in 1993.
