Alan Head

Alan Head is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in bakery science and food technology. Currently serving as Principal Bakery Scientist at Palermo's Pizza since February 2012, Alan previously held positions such as Sr. Food Technologist at IBC from January 2007 to June 2009, and QA Manager and Plant Manager at Manildra Group USA from December 1996 to May 2002.
