Ed Kapitz

Ed Kapitz is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a background in warehousing and supply chain management. Ed currently serves as the Senior Director of Logistics and Warehouse at Palermo's Pizza, having held various roles including Director of Logistics and Warehouse Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc., where Ed advanced from Supervisor to Warehouse Manager and ultimately to Director of Operations. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, along with foundational education from Prentice High School.
