The Goals which are set by PWA, in order to achieve the mission in accordance with the values adopted, are: 
To define the optimum way to regulate, manage, protect and conserve the limited water resources as well as to optimize the benefit from water resources development by raising water consumption to levels which provide for a healthy environment and economic development.

The Operations and Coordination team at the Palestinian Water Authority oversees the strategic management and implementation of water resource projects. This includes coordinating materials access, procurement, and institutional development for agricultural projects. The team also manages the operational processes of key facilities like the North Gaza Wastewater Treatment Plant and ensures efficient program coordination, particularly within the Gaza region, to achieve sustainable water resource development and equitable distribution for all regional users.
