Jennifer Sim

Jennifer Sim is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in project management and program oversight. Currently serving as a Delivery Partner Manager at Palette Skills since April 2023, Jennifer optimizes the performance of Upskill Canada Delivery Partners and ensures quality standards in program execution. Previously, as a Program Review Manager, Jennifer managed the internal review process for over 100 grant applications and led the contracting of 70 subject matter experts. At CFSC-OPEC, Jennifer successfully oversaw the deployment of the Government of Canada’s #welcomerefugees initiative. Jennifer’s experience also includes managing legal compliance projects at MindGeek and conducting health education workshops as an intern at AIDS Community Care Montreal. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from Concordia University.
