Karla de la Mata Dpm

Karla De La Mata is currently a Foot & Ankle Surgery Fellow at Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute, having previously worked as a Podiatric Resident Physician at Lenox Hill Hospital. Before their medical career, Karla gained experience in guest entertainment at Great Wolf Lodge and provided companionship to patients at Pocono Medical Center. Karla also interned at Sanofi Pasteur in roles related to product quality batch release. In addition to their medical and healthcare experience, Karla worked as a restaurant hostess at Ruby Tuesday's and as an intern at the New York City Department of Corrections. Karla holds a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a Pre-Med concentration from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, along with New York State EMT Certification from LaGuardia Community College. Karla also served as an Assistant to a Family Counselor and Minister at Female Ministries.
