Sander Straver is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical management and after-sales support within the maritime industry. Currently serving as the After Sales Process Manager at PALFINGER MARINE since September 2008, Sander has played a crucial role in streamlining processes, improving technical documentation accessibility, and enhancing warranty reporting. Previous positions at PALFINGER MARINE include Global Service Technical Support Manager and Spares Sales Manager, where Sander managed technical support operations and focused on customer satisfaction. Prior to joining PALFINGER MARINE, Sander held various engineering roles at Harding Safety BV, Spierings Mobile Cranes, and Daimler Chrysler BV, contributing to the design and development of maritime and mobile crane systems. Sander holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
