Matthias Kalin

Matthias Kalin has extensive experience in product development and management within the engineering sector, particularly at PALFINGER AG since May 2007. As Teamlead for Product Care and Tuning Center SPLS, Matthias oversees the continuous enhancement of series products, focusing on functionality, quality, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities also include leadership in custom solutions through the Tuning Center, managing change processes in R&D, technical configuration, and BOM management. Prior to this role, Matthias worked as a Research & Development Engineer, leading various development projects and special applications. Matthias’s career began as a Konstrukteur at Ingenieurbüro Feichtinger from January 2002 to May 2007. Educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher Technical College for Mechanical Engineering in Saalfelden, completed between 1996 and 2001.
