Ralph Ginzinger serves as the Head of Global Process and Data Management at PALFINGER AG since September 2022, where responsibilities include further developing the Process and Data Landscape in alignment with the company's 2030 strategy and leading multiple teams focused on various aspects of business intelligence and process management.
