Nicole van der Heijden

Nicole van der Heijden currently serves as Divisiemanager IT at PALI Group since March 2022, overseeing IT operations across various production sites and offices. Previously, Nicole held the role of IT Projectmanager at Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, focusing on implementing IT software technology in a new warehouse. At ilionx, Nicole worked as a Management Consultant and Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant, engaging in process mapping and software implementations. Nicole's earlier experience includes senior roles in account management at ING Nederland, where responsibilities encompassed financial assessments and client relations. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Business Process Management & IT and a Bachelor of Business Administration, with educational credentials from Open Universiteit and Avans University of Applied Sciences.
